An enquiry or acknowledgement does not create a client relationship, fiduciary duty, mandate, partnership or contract for services. The parties must separately agree scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality and other engagement terms. We may decline an enquiry. No services or financial products are purchased through this website.

Funding and investment decisions rest with the relevant providers. Acquisitions and investments involve risk. We do not guarantee capital, a valuation, transaction completion, growth or returns. The Growth Model describes an approach; engagements may use a different sequence or scope.

Changes and separability
Updated terms apply prospectively from their stated date. They do not retrospectively change a separate signed engagement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful.
